ACc-Persimmon
Kondo Audio Note Japan’s copper-conductor AC power cable, constructed with four conductor cores, cotton-wound strands and braided shielding. It applies Kondo’s carefully developed cable architecture in a copper-based power connection.
Key Features
- Copper-conductor AC power cable
- Four-core conductor architecture
- 40-strand conductor structure
- Cotton winding around the conductors
- Braided outer shielding
- Standard length of 2 metres
- Construction derived from Kondo’s established cable-design principles
Design & Build
The ACc-PERSIMMON uses four copper conductor cores surrounded by a braided shield. Its conductor structure comprises 40 individual strands with cotton winding around the assembly.
This construction shares the fundamental four-core, 40-strand geometry of Kondo’s ACz-AVOCADO while replacing its pure-silver conductors with copper. The natural cotton winding provides physical support around the conductors, while the braided shield protects the power connection from surrounding electrical interference.
System Pairing
The ACc-PERSIMMON is intended for compatible source components, preamplifiers, integrated amplifiers and other audio equipment using a detachable AC power connection. Its standard two-metre length suits most equipment-rack and power-distribution layouts.
The wall plug and component connector should be confirmed when ordering to ensure compatibility with the intended equipment and the electrical standards of the destination country.
